Carl Faure, founder of Stretch Yoga and a founding Board member of Outdoor People is now offering their wonderful yoga for parents, toddlers, tweenies and teens for free online as part of his ‘reciprocity project’.
All three classes are on Wednesdays at 10, 11 and 12 noon. There is also free breathwork sessions with Carl on Monday and Thursday. A great way to calm the nervous system before bed. Just book online here.
