Get ready for an adventure through Abney Park Cemetery—a journey through the centuries where you can find trees that wrap around old gravestones as they twist and grow.
Join our chief explorer, Cath, and encourage your kids to be chief explorers as they lead the way to find a secret garden across the street, home to sunflowers that grow taller than you and me!
Make friends, learn from each other and connect with nature!
On the way, you can spot diverse and magical wildlife—listen closely for the call of the wise owl and see how many angels you can find hidden among the greenery. Along the way, you'll discover a special "Handkerchief Tree" and plenty of mud and sticks for the ultimate outdoor play.
At our destination, everyone can explore Kynaston Gardens and continue the fun by heading east to the playground on Stoke Newington Common. For our curious adventurers, there are many different types of trees to count and nature play areas to explore.
Perfect for all ages, this walk is a great way to discover the wonderful outdoors on offer in London!
