Work with us!

Whether you are looking for your first exciting Social Enterprise role, want to volunteer or are offering to work with our board, if you have passion, skills and drive to work in a small team making a real difference, we want to hear from you.

All posts ask for

  • a CV (tailored to the Job Description) and
  • a covering email telling us why you would be great for the job.

We don't need perfection, but a love of the outdoors and a strong willingness to learn is the basic requirement!

We expect you to have done your research on us and that you recognise we are a small social enterprise. That means you'll get to work across far more areas than in a big firm, and have more opportunities to have a go at many roles, but also we all need to muck in so everyone covers the shop sometimes or helps at Family Camping.

It also means we might take a while to respond to enquiries - we are recruiting because we are BUSY!

For an informal chat about the post please find a time that works for you by booking here

We offer a competitive package and if you'd like to know more you can always get in touch.
