Shipping

We ship out on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Within the UK, items will be sent by 2nd class post as standard, unless you select the 'Signed For 2nd Class' option (we recommend 'Signed For' delivery for peace of mind). All items over £50 will automatically be sent 'Signed For 2nd Class'. For bulky items, we use UPS Standard Delivery.

We ship worldwide and endeavour to keep our shipping costs competitive, however because of prohibitive costs there are some remote areas we won't be able to ship to. We'll contact you if there's a problem with shipping and will do our utmost to resolve any issues, if we're not able to send your item we'll offer you a refund. We use UPS Standard services - please take care to check if there are any additional duties or handling fees for items imported into your home country, as you will be responsible for payment.

All our packaging is recycled and wherever possible we use FSC-approved products.
