We want your kit to be brilliant and perfect, we try everything out before we sell it and only sell what we think is great, but in manufacturing and trading, especially online, we need to know how to refund, exchange and mend, whether you've bought some clothing which doesn't fit quite right, you see a fault or your gift recipient would just like something else.
Please return faulty goods with proof of purchase (your email receipt) and detail of the issue and we will either refund or replace.
We cannot refund Klean Kanteen products that have been in freezers or on fires, nor Ghillie Kettles that have been boiled dry! However anything where there is a clear fault should be covered.
If perfect, unused goods are not at fault but you wish to return within 28 days of purchase, then again we can offer a refund, an exchange or a gift certificate. If you are exchanging goods bought online we respectfully request you cover the postage. As we get bigger we hope to change that, but for now we have to cover time of staff, so we hope you agree this is fair.

We hire out most gear needed for a few nights camping on a sliding scale depending on income levels, and free to groups who also take families camping.
All proceeds from hiring and a percentage of all sales help us to make it easy for children and families to get outdoors.
