This will be our last Wild Walk of 2018! To celebrate, we will be having a Christmas celebration at our shop in Netil Market afterwards! We will visit the farm animals at Hackney City Farm and then weave through the woodland in Haggerston Park.

Thursday 16th December Solstice Celebration and Bulb Planting

Come and join our annual celebration of the turn of the seasons, this year raising funds for our Hackney Wild Walks, giving children adventures to take their parents on! There will be a fire, mulled wine and hot spiced apple juice, mince pies and marshmallows and everyone can plant some bulbs in a pot to take home with you.

An evening of swimspiration and discussion on Thursday 6th December: Swimming Women. Come join us for a dip at our local (heated) lido, followed by a selection of short films, mulled wine and mince pies, talks from women in the swimming community and discussion at the Outdoor People store in Netil Market.

We love this time of year... pumpkin carving, sparklers, fireworks, cosy mugs of hot chocolate! Our next walk is will be after school on Tuesday 13th November. It will be dark but we will have our favourite solar-powered Little Suns to light our way along the New River Path.
