Netil Market Sundays! Launching this week.

In celebration of the 5th annual London Craft Week (May 8th—12th), Netil Market are rounding off the 2019 edition with a special Sunday market to kick off more regular Sunday opening, More from them below...

Showcasing our talented trader family, and their diverse, serendipitous products, come join us this Sunday for the first Netil Sunday! Fantastic design is built into the DNA of our shops and traders.

From quirky ceramics and elegant jewellery to delicate prints and hand-woven fabrics, these expert makers will surely have something to catch your eye. We are also excited for regular Sunday trading at Netil Market, with our dedicated residents (food, shops & music!) set to open from 10am—6pm on Sundays throughout the summer.

For homeware and interior inspiration, Klei hand make gorgeous plates, cups and vases from fine ceramic, with House of Bohème celebrating Moroccan design in their rugs, cushions and poufs; traditionally made in the Berber south, and curated for homes in Hackney. Outdoor People showcase the best of British gadgets and garments that get the whole family out and enjoying the great outdoors—from rucksacks and brollies to dog coats and tents—whilst neighbours Soapsmith will come in handy after your muddy expedition; as purveyors and creators of luxurious, natural, artisan body products.

If you are after carefully curated conscious clothing, head to We Do Nothing; for mysterious and beautiful garments, Luumi Studio is the place to go. Looking for bespoke accessories? Look no further than We Are Arrow for intricate jewellery (made on-site!) and The Worshipful Little Shop of Spectacles for the delightfully obvious. All locally handcrafted with ethically sourced materials, and a generous amount of TLC.

A whirlwind of shape, sculpture, fashion and form; interactive pop-ups and workshops on the day include calligraphy & mandalas with Jenny Wong, and the Japanese art of Furushiki textile folding with Tamakurya Boutique. Handmade, handcrafted, and hand-drawn jewellery, ceramics, and greetings cards will be available from Nasi silver, Daughters of the Ganges, Noe Kuremoto, and Glitter & Ink. Mind-blowing relish, pesto, jams and chutneys are brought to the table by Jam Straight, and local baker Vegan Delice will offer indulgent, cruelty-free sweet treats.

Local & global favourites BAO, Club Mexicana, Death By Pizza (Young Vegans), Lemlem Kitchen, and Oli Baba's will be open as usual to satiate your hunger, and to welcome newcomers MOLO to the community. Their delectable menu is completely different from anything seen before, and we can’t wait for them to start serving up their vibrant and sustainably sourced seafood buns in Netil Market.

Fine wine and craft beers will be available from bottle stalls courtesy of Netil House residents Winecdote and Westgate Street neighbours Forest Road Brewing Company. If a caffeine fix is more your thing, you won’t be able to miss the Seriously Coffee (We Taste Good) ladies in their seriously cool van, brewing up the finest Italian java East London has to offer. We are also incredibly pleased to announce that the Young Vegans are permanently taking over their neighbouring bar unit—transforming it into The Hackney Dive, and regularly quenching our thirst until 7pm, Thursdays to Sundays.

Free entry, with the soundtracked curated by our own community-led Netil Radio, this event is not one to miss!
