Stove vs Stove: Optimus Crux Lite outburns the MSR Pocket Rocket
When my MSR pocket rocket finally gave up after 10 solid years of service I was on the hunt for a new stove. I wasn't sure about whether to go liquid fuel or get another lightweight gas canister one. So I borrowed an Optimus Crux Lite from the shop and put it through its paces. You can read my thoughts on gas stoves in general and my verdict on whether the Optimus outperforms the stalwart MSR pocket rocket. (Not to give too much away, it really really does...)
