- Natural non-stick effect without chemicals. Use wood, heat-resistant plastic or silicone instead of metal cooking utensils, so you don’t scratch the surface. Avoid overly acidic foodstuffs.
- When using, make sure you use oven gloves (it’s cast-iron, it conducts heat!). Be careful not to pour cold liquids onto the hot oven, this could cause the iron to fissure.
- To clean, rinse by hand with hot water only, dry it thoroughly and lightly oil or grease the cooking surface (to prevent rusting). That’s it!
