It's Exhale Festival's 5th birthday! Once again Outdoor People will be providing cosy camping options, and this year we have some really cool canvas options, and lots of help and support for the first time campers too!
We can't wait to join the fun on the farm with vinyasa yoga, dynamic yoga, rocket yoga, and our favourite vajrasati yoga... there will also be dancing, toasting of marshmallows, handstands, eating of crêpes, gongs and lots of swinging in hammocks... There will also be kids workshops, woodland walks, meditation, fireside singing and some SERIOUSLY amazing DJing. Did I mention the hammocks??
This August Bank Holiday (25th-28th) we're off to chill, stretch, relax and grow again at the magical Exhale Festival. Set up by our friends at stretch yoga a few years ago Exhale is a weekend long festival with a focus on yoga and movement with plenty of workshops, massage sessions, gong baths and celebrating details and line up can be found here. If you're interested in yoga and fancy a little break this coming August bank holiday check it out.
We'll be there hiring out tents (details here) and running a little pop up shop stocking all the things everyone else forgot to pack in the rush to get out of the city. If you're going to be there do come and see us.

Outdoor People are hiring out traditional, breathable A-frame orange canvas tents for two (with room for a small baby).
We can kit your tent out, and even bring your luggage down with us if you are coming from East London, so all you need to do is jump on the train. The tents will be set up in small family groups, come with fairy lights and optional sleeping mats or camp beds. There will also be a communal giant hammock to chill in and a covered space for relaxing or self-practice.
So what kind of tents are we hiring?
These are not cheap pop up tents. These are comfortable, traditional, tried and tested ex-army A-frame cotton canvas tents, just like you - or your parents - slept in as children. They are easily big enough for two, at over 2 metres long and 150 cm wide, with plenty of room to sit up and a small loft for all your essentials.
Because they are canvas they breathe much better than ordinary nylon tents, so they won't get stuffy in the morning if it's hot, and they are good at insulating if it's chilly.
Goes without saying they are waterproof too. The groundsheet is fully integrated and there is a vestibule for your boots and plenty of space inside your tent for your bags. What about being a Jolly Swagman?
If you fancy being even more adventurous we have just two extremely rare Burke & Wills genuine Australian swags! These are super comfortable mattresses (so no need to bring one!), with a kind of mini-tent wrapped over it made of breathable, waterproof technical canvas. They are set up so you can pull the hood over you or leave the bit above you open to watch the stars!
You can read more about the history of the swags here.
Cooking up a Storm..
If you want to make sure you can have tea, herbal tea or coffee when you wake up just pre-order your Storm Kettle and morning kit, including a special Festival kettle and a selection of Broadway Market's finest teas and coffees from Gossip and Merito Coffee.
Join us and you can arrive at Exhale unflurried and ready to yoga...and party.
