We're backing E5 Bakehouse to plant 6000 trees!

Our good friends at E5 Bakehouse (who regularly donate free loaves for our Family Camping and Wild Walks events) are making a foray into farming.

They're looking to increase biodiversity, farm organically and lock up some carbon  by planting 6000 trees at Fellows Farm, Suffolk, over the coming weeks.

Ben, one of the managers at E5, says: 'It will be a great opportunity to meet a host of different people, and if very few then at least some peace and quiet in a large field ... I appreciate Suffolk may be a long way to come, but we will offer hot food, showers and a camping pitch if you wish to stay the night.'

The planting will take place on Saturday 25 January, Saturday 15 February and Saturday 7 March. If you'd like to take part email ben@e5bakehouse.com for details.

If you're looking to camp, but don't have any camping equipment, we can help with a loan of a tent. Just email us at info@outdoorpeople.org.uk
